Lauren Williams is my hero of the real estate business!! In the past, I worked with a competing major online real estate company for 2 sales and 1 purchase of a condo and townhouse. While I felt happy and thought they did a great job, when I compare it to business with Lauren, she is in a totally different universe of how amazing everything went! Whatever went well went even better and thensome with her. I switched from the previous real estate agency because of a slough of issues I was having with them (lead realtors, communication issues, them prioritizing the selling end more, lack of willingness to meet my needs, lack of interest in making appropriate and reasonable offers, etc). Lauren was a go-getter from the start! She listened to me and understood where I was coming from, what my needs were, what my wants were, and helped me get to all the properties I wanted to view ASAP. She was an expert at knowing certain elements about the homes which were found to be favorable or less than. She assisted immediately with recognizing what could be utilized as negotiation points and made notes. In the past, the other realtors and company had to juggle other customers with me. I never felt like I was a bother or hindrance to her. I know people need to be attentive to others but she never caused me to feel like I was a bother. Her interpersonal business relations is of high quality caliber for professionalism. With the other realtor/company, I felt like the seller's needs were prioritized especially when I needed to back out of a sale. I NEVER was made to feel I was "wrong" or "incorrect" for doing so. I was given the confidence to move forward with all my educated decisions (both educated by my own, through the financing company, and her own input/feedback/support). She made very good recommendations for the mortgage company and real estate attorneys. Her business relationships are strong which is definitely an indicator of her high quality professionalism and well rounded approaches. Lauren was also considerate of my needs as a single parent with regard to getting my kids in school in conjunction with the close date of my sale. She helped SO much with getting useful and key information for utilities as well. I am absolutely blown away at how she was with me every step of the way. Instead of having to be my own advocate and inquire about this/that/the other thing, she was on top of things and preemptively inquired ... where I had to "learn along the way", she "lead me through" and spearheaded this real estate endeavor. I felt like I had to know bits of the real estate world with the other company and my past experiences. With her, she lead the way!! That was fantastic and exactly what I needed for success from start to finish. Without a doubt, she is my hero of the real estate world. Please feel confident if you choose to go with her because she is truly the best. If I ever need to sell this property I will go with her. I have already recommended her to family, friends, and colleagues. I now recommend her on this review and to the world! Thank you!!
